The Building

San Telmo is a semi-structured building on four floors facing the sea. Is closely linked to their environment and the Las Vistas beach in Los Crisitanos along the entire frontage which makes it crucial for the development of all activities. The building was built in 1986, is currently built-up area of 5.000 m2 distributed in 4 plants:

Floor A: 13 locals.
Floor B: 51 locals with terrace on the beach.
Floor C: 42 locals on the beach.
Floor D: 14 locals with terrace and at street level.

The terraced structure enables the overall height is not excessive, thereby minimizing the visual impact on the environment, an important factor considering the great location where it is.
